This course will help you prepare for PL-200 and PL-400 Certification Exams.  (This class supports: Dynamics 365 CE Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 CRM On-Premise V8.x  V9.x ).

This course focuses modifying your D365 system to match your company’s business needs. Developing a concise understanding of business process implementation and workflows. You will have full use of a Dynamics 365 CE CRM environment with database, application server and client interface. This class lets you customize Dynamics 365 CE CRM to your specific needs.

You will have FULL use of a Dynamics 365 CE CRM lab environment in this class.
