What time does class start?

10:00am EST (7:00am PST)

What do I need to bring to class?

Nothing! We provide all computer hardware and software necessary for class. Feel free to bring in your own snacks/water/etc.

Are your “online” classes just videos?

No way! Our online classes are the same as attending in-person. You are able to view the instructors screen and ask questions via your phone/computer microphone. View our live online training FAQ.

How long do I have access to the labs/virtual machine(s)?

You will have access to the labs 24/7 during the class.

Can I get a recorded copy of my class?

Unfortunately, no. We currently do not record our class sessions. You’re more than welcome to record the session yourself, however.

Course Materials

How do I get my course books?

You should expect to receive digital copies only. In the event that we ship physical books – exceptions are made for students who request a digital copy, or enroll late (less than a week prior to class).

When will I get my books?

Typically you will receive your books one (1) week prior to the start of class. We provide tracking numbers to students once they are generated by our vendor.


Do you accept Microsoft® Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV)?

Yes. However, some courses are ineligible — your best bet is to contact us.
