US Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS)

Problem: Modernize the investigative process and manage digital documentation storage and access. Added functional pre-made Apps and developed a “high security” set of extensions to solve the unique requirements of NCIS.

Solution: Extensive consulting and software developer training provided to the NCIS internal software development teams.

Benefit: The adoption of the new Dynamics 365 Case Management System offered an advanced set of features to improve the process.

US Department of Justice (DOJ)

Problem: The DOJ decided to replace an older court scheduling system with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Case Management System. The Dynamics 365 software provides a solid foundation to develop a custom Court case management and tracking system.

Solution: Dynamics Edge provided extensive Dynamics 365 CRM consulting expertise and software developer training to the internal IT software development teams.

Benefit: This enabled the them to modify and customize a Case Management system into a complete Court scheduling and document management system.

US Health and Human Services/FDA

Problem: Office of Information Technology needed a vendor to host and support their internal Open Enrollment training program for cloud-related productivity services.

Solution: Dynamics Edge consultants created a portal to manage all facets of the training contract, including hosting of all training related content for easy student access. All materials used for classes were formatted in-house for Section 508 compliance.
