This class is all you need to support, customize, develop and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) . This will teach you how to add additional functionally to your existing Dynamics 365 system. We cover configuration, implementation, entities, forms, chart and dashboards. This course will teach you to manage solutions, forms and visualizations as well add business rules and workflows. This course will help you prepare for Dynamics 365 Certification Exams. Introduction to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration and Visual Development. This course focuses modifying your D365 system to match your companys business needs. Developing a concise understanding of business process implementation and workflows. In addition, the course describes how to use Plug-ins. You can develop extensions to support custom functionally beyond sales and service. The platform is a full application environment with database, application server and client interface. This class lets you develop (extend) the product to “fit” your specific needs.
You will have FULL use of a Dynamics 365 lab environment in this class.
